The K Hotels Songjiang is located in Taipei City’s Zhongshan District, on Songjiang Road near the intersection with Minsheng East Road. Excellently situated, it is just five minutes away from TAIPEI SONGSHAN Airport by car. It takes just one minute on foot to reach MRT Xingtian Temple Station, and from the station any place in greater Taipei, such as the National Palace Museum, Tamsui Old Street, and Ximending, can be reached with ease, making the hotel convenient for both business travelers and tourists.

Next to the hotel, Xingtian Temple is one of the most popular attractions in the city center, great best place for international visitors to learn about folk belief in Taiwan. To taste delicious local snacks, Yongkang Street as well as Shilin, Raohe Street and Ningxia night markets are among the best choices. Taipei 101 and Bade 3C Shopping District are also not far from the hotel so keen shoppers can shop until they are fully satisfied.

  1. Every room has an occupancy limit of 2 people, and 3 people if added with an extra bed. If there are accompanying children, the maximum occupancy is two children. Should you need an extra bed, please make reservation in advance by phone. Otherwise, an addition charge is imposed per person depending on the age of the child or on the extra bed. (the available room types that can be added with an extra bed is: Executive Room. Extra bed is sofa bed 80cm  x 175cm).
  2. Children's fees are as follows:
    • The child under 7 years is without bed and free(without amenity). The maximum number of children in a room is 2.
    • The child between 7 to 11 years is charged NTD 700 per person per night(include amenity and breakfast). Please present a valid identification document.
    • The child over 12 years is charged NTD 1200 per person per night(include amenity and breakfast).It’s depends the situation to change the room that can add an extra bed. The maximum number of children in a room is 1.
  3. Check-in time from PM 15：00, check-out at PM 12：00.
  4. All reservations keep until PM 18：00, unless further arrival information is provided.
  5. All the room rates include the Tax.
  6. Major credit cards like VISA, MASTER, JCB, AE, APPLE PAY, SAMSUNG PAY , LINE PAY or UnionPay are accepted.
  7. The hotel reserves the rights of readjust all the rates without a prior notice.
  8. No pets allowed.
  9. Mechanical type parking garage.
  10. Smoking is prohibited in hotel.
  11. Cancel Reservation:
    • Cancelations made 14 days prior to the date of arrival could hold the reservation for three months , or return full deposit.
    • Cancelations made 10-13 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 30% deposit charge.
    • Cancelations made 7-9 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 50% deposit charge.
    • Cancelations made 4-6 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 60% deposit charge.
    • Cancelations made 2-3 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 70% deposit charge.
    • Cancelations made 1 day prior to the date of arrival will incur an 80% deposit charge.
    • Cancelations made the date of arrival will incur a 100% deposit charge.
    • If the rate above is changed, please follow the latest regulations in Standard Contract announced by Tourism Bureau.
